Clearview offers Extra-curriculum programs after school and on weekend. Programs offered included: dance, music, fine arts, chess program as well as Mandarin, English, French and math tutoring to fulfill group and individual needs and provide enriching experiencing through these programs.
Mandarin Class
Our Mandarin programs are customized to suit all age groups. Our teachers have not only related educational background but also creative teaching approaches to encourage the students in speaking and reading. Our seasonal Chinese cultural events, such as tea ceremony, dumpling making, Mooncake fun, Calligraphy etc help to bridge the students with the 5000-year old wisdom.

Classical Chinese Dance
Our young dance teachers are passionate in dancing and they are professionally trained in classical Chinese dance. Our dance programs aims to help students to learn dance skills, postures, flexibility, perseverance, teamwork and build confidence while enhancing their body awareness.

English Class
Our qualified English teachers help students to further enhance their English in reading and writing from Grades 1 to 12. Our teachers are capable of making the class fun and rich for students and offer group or private lessons. We also offer ESL classes for adults.

French Tutoring
Our French tutoring is offered by an experienced Ontario French teacher to help students with their public school French homework and enhance their French to a new level. This program is specifically designed with students attending French immersion programs in mind.

Piano Lessons
Our RCM certified piano teachers offer one-on-one piano lessons from scratch to performing level. The lessons take place on-site on our school on a real piano in our dedicated music room.

Music Theory and Advanced Harmony
Our RCM certified piano teachers offer one-on-one or group music theories lessons from level 1 to level 10 and help the students so they pass the music theories test with a good score. The study of theory is an essential component of well-rounded musical training and is intended to support the practical studies to enhance and enrich the musical experience.

Ear Training and Sight Reading
Our RCM certified piano teachers offer one-on-one or group ear training and sight reading lesson to students and help them to build a solid foundation for the instruments they plan to learn or they are currently learning.

Math Tutoring
We use the Singapore Math system to help students in number patterning, geometric concepts and problem solving as well as metric system, data management, rate and ratio, fractions, percentages, perimeter/area and algebra from grades 1 to 12.

Chess
Our chess class is hosted by the grandmaster Mr. Evgeny Bareev who is rated as No. 1 in Canada. Mr. Bareev offers group and one on one chess lessons in person or online. Mr. Bareev’s class is fun and rich and help the students in logical thinking and mathematical reasoning. Mr. Bareev’s chess class will bring students to another level of chess.
